Individual Therapy

I can help with:

Are you feeling stuck in repetitive patterns and don’t know which way to turn? You may notice the same challenges repeating in your life and can’t seem to find a different path.

Burnout can leave you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the things that matter most.

Important relationships feel really hard right now. You long for change and happiness but aren’t sure how to get there. Together, we’ll explore your patterns, clarify your values, and discover new pathways forward. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you regain a sense of purpose and ease.

Stress and Burnout

Do you find yourself feeling like you just can’t measure up? That everyone around you seems to have it together, and your negative thoughts are spinning around in your head?

Perfectionism is the constant drive to meet impossibly high standards, which can lead to stress, anxiety, and burnout. While aiming for excellence can be positive, perfectionism often comes with feelings of inadequacy, fear of failure, people-pleasing and self-criticism, making it difficult to feel satisfied or at peace.

Signs of perfectionism may include setting unrealistic goals, excessive fear of making mistakes, procrastination or avoidance of tasks, difficulty accepting feedback, or harsh self-criticism.

With therapy, you can learn to set realistic expectations, embrace your imperfections, and lead a more fulfilling, less stressful life.

Perfectionism, Self Criticism, People Pleasing

Life transitions, whether chosen or unexpected, can bring both challenges and opportunities for growth. In our sessions, we'll create a safe, supportive space to process these changes—be they career shifts, relationship changes, moving to a new place, or stepping into new roles in life. Together, we’ll explore how these transitions impact your sense of identity, values, and well-being. Through self-reflection, practical tools, and strengths-based guidance, we'll work to help you navigate this new chapter with clarity, resilience, and a stronger connection to your authentic self.

Life Transitions

Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming at times. From struggling to manage daily responsibilities to navigating relationships and emotions, the challenges can take a toll. But ADHD also comes with unique strengths, such as creativity, innovation, and passion. Together, we can tap into those strengths while working through areas of frustration and difficulty.

I understand ADHD isn’t just about distractions; it’s a unique way of experiencing the world. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore strategies that work for you. Let’s work together to create a path toward greater confidence and peace.

ADHD

Anxiety can feel overwhelming and all-consuming, affecting relationships, school or work, daily responsibilities, and overall well-being. Therapy is a collaborative process where we’ll work together to understand your anxiety patterns, identify what may be keeping them going, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and in control.

We may work on managing racing thoughts and physical symptoms, challenging patterns such as catastrophizing, perfectionism, or self-criticism, and building skills for emotional regulation and resilience. My goal is not simply to reduce anxiety, but to help you feel more confident navigating stress, uncertainty, relationships, and life’s changes. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing concerns such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, perfectionism, school stress, overwhelm, and anxiety related to relationships or life transitions.

“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about un-becoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.”

MY APPROACH

My approach is highly relational. Building trust and emotional safety is the foundation of our work together. Change and growth occur in an environment where questioning, grieving, celebration and laughter can safely take place.
